Karli Purcell, 18, of Listowel, was named the 2010 Oktoberfest Idol winner at Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest.
Karli Purcell has also won the Northern Ontario Open Country Singing Contest and the Harvest Star Search, as well as being a finalist in the Ontario Youth Talent Search.
