8 Channel Mixer, 2x 550 Watt Speakers, 2x 350 Watt Monitors, 3x Microphone Stands, 2x SM57 Instrument Microphones + Stands, 1x Kick Drum Microphone + Stand.

*GETTING PAID $$$:

Jazmine, who works the door, will keep track of the fans each band brings out & you may view the tally sheet @ any time.

Each band gets paid 100% from their fans only & only AFTER the first 6 fans! (No Fan Mooching!).

Example: If you bring 30 people to your show; minus the first 6 people, you will make $240. (Not bad for a 30min set!).

*There are NO GUARANTEES for out of town bands!!!

Gusknuckle – Rocking For The Cure

On July 9, 2011, Gusknuckle will be headlining the Rocking for the Cure event taking place at The Hive. The proceeds going to the Cancer Society of Canada. Admission is $10 – Door at 9:00 pm.

Insignia

In a corporate world built on auto-tuned puppets, Insignia are the defiant voice of a new generation. Not easily labeled, Insignia are loud and aggressive one minute yet tortured and honest the next. Like the great bands of old it is in front of a crowd where they truly come alive. Insignia are out to take Rock and Roll out of the corporate boardrooms and back into the sweaty clubs where it belongs.

With the completion of recording and editing, the focus now changes to mixing of Lawrence’s tracks that will make up his Christmas album, scheduled to be released later this year.
The collection will feature a dozen traditional Christmas songs, arranged and performed by Lawrence on both classical and acoustic guitars.

Bruce Irvine

Bruce is set to begin work on 3 new tracks at Studio A. Bruce has played lead guitar with The Tyla Gang, contributing songs to two albums, recently touring Sweden after the reformation of the band.
He has given theatrical performances, including a gala in the presence of Prince Charles and an appearance on the Russell Harty show (UK Variety programme).  He has worked with Gary Holton’s Villains (“Auf Wiedersehen, Pet”), and has performed extensive live and recording work with The Lightning Raiders, Infidel, and sessions with other musicians including Keith Emerson and Max Middleton.  Bruce has also toured with AC/DC and Rush, played festivals with The Police and The Clash, and has gigged with Elvis Costello, Motorhead and The Damned.

Deb Loyd is a professional speaker and educator that uses humour to relate to topics that inspire creative learning and maneuvering through the sometimes challenging environment of professional life. With more than 20 years experience, teaching and inspiring through laughter is what Deb does best!
She resently finished the recording and production of her first collection of childrens stories entitled “Story Time Adventures Vol. 1”.
Her first collection of stories include the Bubble Gum Kid, Ameila You Are Too Silly, the Prince Won’t Eat, and Penelope the Dragon Tamer. Her stories encourage the child to use his/her imagination when listening and perhaps with eyes closed in order to recreate the unique images from each story.
